Will the cost stay the same each month?Yes. Once you’ve decided which package works best for your business, we’ll never charge you more than that a month.

Can I change my package?Of course. You can increase your plan at any time to make sure your business always gets the best service it can to support its growth.

I need to cancel my subscription, what do I do?That’s ok, we understand sometimes business doesn’t work out the way you think. All we ask for is confirmation in writing 60 days before your contract end date and we’ll go ahead and cancel your subscription with us.

Is there a minimum contract term?Yes, we ask that clients sign a 12 month contract. Contracts cannot be cancelled for the first 6 months however after that time, a contract can be cancelled by providing written confirmation at least 60 days before the contract renewal date.

I need extra services, can I add them at anytime?Sure! We offer ‘add on’ services as and when you need them. Simply visit the Services page of our website to find what you need.

How are ‘Add On’ services charged for?Already have a monthly package with us? We’ll simply add any additional services to your monthly invoice in the month you access them. Otherwise, you’ll simply receive a one off invoice from us for and used services.

Can I create my own package?At Arc, we know flexibility is key when it comes to running your own business. If you want something bespoke building, don’t be afraid to complete a ‘Contact Us’ form and we’ll be in touch to discuss your requirements.

You don’t ask for phone numbers on your contact us sheet, why?We don’t believe in making sales calls so we will never ask for your phone number until you decide that our services are for you. Even then, we’ll catch up via Teams or Whatsapp so you can never expect an unplanned call from us.

Why should I buy a package and not just hire someone?On average, it takes in excess of £40+ to hire a full time employee. Whereas with Arc, you can have affordable and experienced members of the team up and operating within 4 weeks at a predictable and affordable monthly fee.
